Wasaga Beach Condo Townhomes for Rent
Wasaga Beach is a popular municipality for people to visit, due to the fact that there are a multitude of activities to do…however, Wasaga Beach wasn’t always the popular destination it is today. Way back in 1650, the area around Wasaga Beach was inhabited by the Huron Native peoples, and it wasn’t until the 1800s (namely, the War of 1812) that the British came in and dispersed the Natives, erecting a sort of naval base for ships to come and go and refuel. Eventually, the British left the area for the most part, and the lumber industry became the number one way to keep Wasaga Beach afloat. In the end, however, tourism and an influx of people from other parts of Canada brought commerce to the area.
That is why the opportunity to invest in real estate for sale in Wasaga Beach has never been so prime! Homebuyers, investors, it matters not why you’d want to look at premium property here. The only thing that matters is that you will not regret the decision you have made by investing in the locally found townhomes, detached gems, semi-detached houses and quaint family homes with ample and spacious interiors/exteriors.
If you think you’d ever look into taking a trip into the city for a day or two, you are in luck, as Wasaga Beach has a most direct route right to the city in the form of the Highway 26, which sits at the western edge of Wasaga Beach. Taking the Highway 26 south, even past the points where it becomes different highways, brings you right into western Toronto, right by the Lester B. Pearson International Airport. If you think you’d want to take an alternate route that takes you even further north, then you can take the Highway 26 north instead of south, which brings you all the way up to Owen Sound.
As far as lovely parks and trails go in the area, you will not be bored for them, as there are roughly 10 parks scattered across the area of Wasaga Beach. Each one is different and unique, which means a different and unique experience for you for every one you would visit.
If you have a child that requires furthering of their education, you don’t need to fear, as there are a few schools around the area you can enroll your child in. You will have the ability to see your child from Kindergarten to graduation and onward from there as well.
